Position Summary:

The Wellness Coordinator I role is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for prospective patients upon completing an intake form. The primary responsibilities include listening to the patient, gathering and documenting information about their history, and providing details about our services. The details about our services encompasses guiding the patient on how to sign up, explaining the process of getting bloodwork completed, identifying pricing details, and addressing general questions the patients may have in an informative conversation rather than going into specific recommendations. The Wellness Coordinator I will also collaborate with the Wellness Specialists and the medical team by relaying the information obtained during the consultative calls.

There is room for growth! You will be eligible for consideration of promotion to the Wellness Coordinator II role after 1-3 months in the entry level position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works directly with patients after initial intake form is completed to discuss what the patient wants to improve/recover from.
  • Collaborates with Wellness Specialists to discuss information given by the patient.
  • Possesses knowledge of Bio-identical Hormones, Peptides, and overall Health & Wellness.
  • Updates themselves of any new product and regulatory changes in the industry.
  • Works with the medical team to relay information provided by patients during their consultative calls.
  • Demonstrates superior customer service and maintains relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information.
  • Expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in their verbal and written communications.
  • Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices.
  • Meets all performance expectations and regular requirements.
  • Remains HIPPA compliant and represents the company in a unified fashion.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience working with different account types (Medical Sales, Health, Wellness & Fitness Industries)
  • High adaptability to an ever-changing & challenging environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse customer base via phone, email and Zoom.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of accuracy.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and ability to demonstrate effective teamwork.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong accountability in taking ownership and delivering results effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and sustain a strong network for their book of business.
  • Must be self-starter and results-driven.
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain compliant to confidential documents and information.

Experience and Education:

  • Previous experience in customer service, clinical administration, or related sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of organically converting prospects into sales.
  • Experience with CRM software, social medial applications & Microsoft Office
  • Genuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone & other therapies.

Salary : $23 - $25
