Why Transtreme? Our CEO and Founder is a long-time Nurse Practitioner who is actively seeing patients including in this area! This company was created through the eyes of a Nurse Practitioner and so we do things a little differently and have already launched a successful model for this position in other parts of the country, including California, Nevada, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Hawaii, and other states. An all NP Team making a real difference, with a real quality of life!
Why join us? Are you tired of not getting paid when patients don’t show? Are you tired of feeling undervalued by the administration? What’s in it for me? This is an exciting opportunity with a company that is growing. You’ll be provided an individualized onboarding/mentoring program to assist in the transition. You’ll see typically 4-5 dialysis patients a day or 5-7 clinic patients/day and work in what most consider a far less stressful work environment, spending quality time with patients and making a real difference!
What will I be doing? Our business is performing once yearly Wellness Visits/Chronic Kidney Visits in Nephrology clinics and dialysis centers. Performing patient H&Ps and using early screening and detection tools for a great patient experience. You will be documenting via an EMR system, so having familiarity with EMR systems is required. What about pay? Pay, of course, depends on your experience. Nephrology experience is a huge plus. Our compensation structure is well above the market standard for Texas.
