This full time position will be meeting with geriatric patients to complete Medicare AHA's at Clinics, Physician Offices, Home Visits, and Televisits in San Antonio. Travel at least one week a month to McAllen, Brownsville, Houston and Laredo. (All travel expenses paid.) Bilingual Spanish is Preferred.

What will I be doing? 80% of our business is performing Medicare Annual Health Assessments with Geriatric Patients in a clinic setting. Performing patient H&Ps and using preventative health screening tools for a great patient experience. You will be documenting via an EMR system, so having some familiarity with EMR systems is helpful.
What is required: Current NP license for the state you are applying to work in, experience with the geriatric population, experience with EMR Systems, and must be comfortable with electronic documentation.
