Job Duties:
In this role, you will be meeting with geriatric patients to complete annual health assessments at different clinics including patient home visits in the Orange County area. You’ll see typically 7-8 patients a day, and work in what most consider, a less stressful work environment, spending quality time with patients.
Our business is performing Medicare Annual Health Assessments with Geriatric Patients in a clinic setting and performing patient H&Ps and using preventative health screening tools for a great patient experience. You will be charting via an EMR system- eClinicalWorks, so having familiarity with this system is critical.
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to different clinics including patient home visits in the Los Angeles, CA area
- Current NP license for the state of California
- Experience with the geriatric population
- Experience with EMR systems and comfortable with electronic documentation (e-ClinicalWorks is strongly recommended)
- Bilingual is a plus
