Position Summary
Seeking a candidate for a long-term role in Architectural Design and Product Specification for engineered-to-order interior walls. Join a dynamic, fast-paced team of talented designers.
Essential Responsibilities
- Create detailed product-specific drawings based on A&D plans.
- Provide product take-offs and bill of materials.
- Develop project details, elevations, and plans.
- Identify deviations between contract documents and shop drawings.
- Manage project submittals and provide technical product support.
- Assist Project Management in specifying project details, collaborating with Engineering.
- Occasionally attend project meetings and site visits for field checks.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Design (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced AutoCAD and computer skills; Revit and 3D modeling experience preferred.
- Knowledge of architectural glazing systems and demountable walls desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other Microsoft applications.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and understand structural/environmental systems.
- Familiarity with ADA guidelines in building design.
