TrashMasters, Inc. was established in 1979 and is considered by property managers and developers alike as the premier company in the industry. We generally employee 15-20 employees. Our office environment is casual and pleasant.
We are conveniently located near 495 Beltway and Pennsylvania Avenue
This is a full-time position and requires in office presence Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to fill a full-time, permanent position with benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Taking detailed, accurate messages
- Assisting customers on the phone using professional customer service skills
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Word processing
- Ordering office supplies
- Other office duties as assigned
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Word is a plus. Ability to speak and understand Spanish is also a big plus, but not a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.82 - $20.66 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
