We are currently hiring Full or Part Time Retail Sales Associates for our location at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
What we are looking for:
- 1 year or more experience in retail, direct customer sales and service, or hospitality, preferred
- A real passion for service.
- A respectful, team oriented person who is quick with a smile and has the ability to engage in conversation with everyone they meet.
- Availability and willingness to work flexible hours including but not limited to: opening & closing shifts, Saturday or Sunday shifts, & holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and walk long distances. Must be able to bend, stoop and reach.
What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional guest service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
- Greet all guests who come to the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS register system.
- Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a neat and appealing display.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to enhance the store operations.
