Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Woodbridge, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the PET packaging industry and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and present persuasive sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and offer solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within the PET packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of the PET packaging market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
