We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Maintenance Planner, you’ll be responsible for providing proper planning and work order management for all maintenance activities at the site. This role is a key member of our Maintenance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Put safety first – Always!
- Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture
- Collaborate with production, engineering, safety, maintenance, and other related groups to properly plan all maintenance activities
- Develop weekly schedules to focus maintenance resources by priority to the business
- Build maintenance plans and secure resources for building/site outages
- Own and manage all preventative maintenance plans for plant equipment
- Develop parts kitting for maintenance work where applicable
- Accountable for developing, maintaining, and communicating maintenance work order metrics to the maintenance shop as well as site leadership
- Participate, as necessary, in routine monthly reliability-centered maintenance studies focused on the elimination of trending bad actor equipment
- Maintain assets in CMMS, including the addition of new assets and changes to existing
- Participate in budget development for yearly maintenance spend
- Participate in day-to-day maintenance cost control activities
- Participate in additional duties as required by the department team lead or manager

EXPERIENCE
2 years of prior maintenance planning experience or 5 years of general maintenance experience is strongly preferred. A high school diploma along with CMMS experience is required. If you have worked as a Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Technician, we want to hear from you!

SALARY
Base Hourly Range: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
