Responsibilities
- Monitor and report abnormal vital signs or clinical findings to licensed staff
- Follows protocols on when to transfer clients based on client monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff and counselors to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other clinical staff to safely discharge clients to the next appropriate treatment setting
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and CFR 42
- Behaves in an ethical and professional manner consistent with agency policy, Tribal law, state law, and licensing entities if applicable.
Requirements:
- BLS (AHA only)
- Licensure: CNA or EMT
- Experience: 1 year (detox preferred)
- COVID Vaccine Required: No
- Weekly schedule: 36-40 hours. 3x12s weekly. Day and Night shift
- On-call required: No but option for overtime.
- Support staff: 2 techs per shift
- Onboarding timeframe: 2 weeks
