Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Painter who understands client satisfaction comes not just from a quality paint job but equal parts quality paint job and client experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project meets the client’s expectations. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily communication with clients regarding their project to understand their needs and ensure projects are completed to their satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a small team of painters to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction from start to finish, including preparation, painting, and clean-up.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on every job site, keeping the work environment safe and secure.
- Manage materials and inventory, ensuring the team has the necessary supplies.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
- High-energy and motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adapt to changing needs and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and coworkers.
- Ability to lift heavy materials, work on ladders/scaffolding, and perform physical tasks.
