Who We Are
At TRIFECTA, we’re not just redefining the staffing industry—we’re building it from the ground up. As a fast-growing startup, we’re creating innovative solutions for great pay, great schedules, and great work environments.
This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we operate. You’ll face challenges, but you’ll also help create solutions, build systems, and make a lasting impact. If you thrive in environments where you can build, innovate, and grow, this is the role for you.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial Executive Operations Coordinator to support our leadership team.
In this role, you’ll navigate a dynamic environment where many processes and systems are still being developed. It’s not a position where everything is laid out for you—you’ll be helping build from scratch. This means creating order out of chaos, solving problems on the fly, and contributing directly to TRIFECTA’s growth and success.
As we grow, so will you. This part-time role is designed to evolve into a full-time position with opportunities for promotions, raises, and performance-based bonuses.
What Success Looks Like
Your Contributions Will Include:
Creating and Optimizing Systems:
- Design and implement processes for scheduling, communication, and daily operations.
- Develop templates, filing systems, and procedures to streamline workflows.
- Identify gaps and propose scalable solutions.
Providing Executive Support:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel plans with precision.
- Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
- Anticipate the executive’s needs and ensure priorities are met.
Driving Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate on recruiting, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams in both English and Spanish.
- Protect organizational integrity by maintaining confidentiality.
Solving Problems and Innovating:
- Address challenges proactively and find creative solutions.
- Help shape how TRIFECTA operates, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For

- A Builder: Excited to create systems and processes from scratch.
- Highly Organized: Able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A Strategic Thinker: Sees the big picture and plans accordingly.
- Bilingual and Professional: Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both.
- Integrity-Driven: Handles sensitive information with professionalism and care.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in administrative, operations, or executive support roles.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ATS or HR software.
- Adaptable: Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
What’s In It For You?
- Competitive Pay: $18–$25 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance.
- Growth Potential: This role is designed to grow into a full-time position with promotions, performance bonuses, and leadership opportunities.
- Impactful Work: Be part of shaping a company’s foundation and directly contributing to its success.
