Key Responsibilities :
- Collect and analyze business requirements, providing detailed documentation for development and testing teams.
- Quickly understand business processes and perform requirements analysis, business process analysis, and impact analysis.
- Lead requirements meetings with SMEs, business stakeholders, and field personnel.
- Communicate requirements effectively with technical SMEs to help design solutions and document Level of Efforts (LOEs).
- Work in a dynamic environment with a high-level understanding of system development, cloud technologies, and API-based development.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to explain business processes based on system metrics.
- Stakeholder Outreach / Communications Support :
Serve as a liaison between the program and internal stakeholders, building rapport, cultivating trusted relationships, and providing help to build solutions based on customer needs
