What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agriculture Millwright Foreman position at Trillium Construction Services?
Are you an experienced Millwright with a background in agriculture and a passion for leading teams? We have an exciting long-term contract opportunity with a design-build contractor for an Agriculture Millwright Foreman position in Fargo, ND!
Schedule : First shift, Monday-Friday, with Saturdays required (typically 50-60 hours / week).
Compensation : Starting salary up to $38 / hour, plus lodging & travel pay when required.

Responsibilities :
Supervise and lead a team of millwrights on-site, working closely with management to meet project goals
Ensure all tasks are completed on time, while maintaining site safety and productivity
Perform welding, fabrication, and repairs on agricultural equipment
Rig and position industrial equipment, including conveyors, grain legs, chutes, augers, and more
Layout, assemble, and align equipment per construction drawings
Qualifications :
8 years of millwright experience, with a strong preference for agricultural experience
3 years of foreman experience, supervising a team of 6-8 millwrights
Ability to read and interpret construction prints and drawings
Strong hands-on experience with tower installs, conveyors, and other agricultural equipment
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license and insurable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
DOT Med card preferred, or willingness to obtain
NCCCO Crane certifications preferred
Must be local to Fargo, ND, or willing to relocate.
