Personal Care opportunity (leadership role).
CURRENT OPENING:
$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (limited time)
*Full-time: 80 hours biweekly: 2:00PM-10:30PM
-Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation.
The Clinical Coordinator is to provide clinical oversight of residents
in the Personal Care areas ensuring consistent, accurate care is being provided
and team members are trained and scheduled appropriately. This position will be performed in
accordance with TANDEM LIVINGS’ Core Values, Mission Statement, and
regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed
to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current
BLS/CPR Certification.
- Three
to five years of experience in the health care setting; leadership experience preferred.
- Maintains
current in-person CPR / AED / First Aid Certifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assesses
and responds to any immediate health care issues or emergency situations.
- Conducts
clinical rounds twice a shift daily; communicates and makes recommendations for
any significant issues to the LPN Lead Clinical Coordinator and/or Director of
Personal Care.
- Plans
and conducts training for Personal Care staff in coordination with the Director
of Personal Care and promotes a safe working environment.
- Timely
informs the Director of Personal Care and/or Lead Clinical Coordinator of any staff
clinical and/or scheduling issues; assists with staffing.
