Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Security Architect to secure enterprise information and systems by defining and implementing robust security architectures, policies, and standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and operationalizing security solutions for on-premises, remote (DR), and cloud environments while mentoring and elevating the security engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Architecture & Design
- Define, operationalize, and document the enterprise security architecture and assessment framework.
- Plan and implement security systems by evaluating and integrating LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, PKIs, and other security devices.
- Design zero trust architectures and develop standard reference architectures adhering to industry standards.
Risk Assessment & Compliance
- Conduct security architecture reviews and apply appropriate controls and criteria.
- Develop, document, and enforce security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and best practices.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Enhance the security engineering team's capabilities by mentoring, transferring knowledge, and delivering solutions.
- Address technical and procedural questions while driving continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior-level security architecture roles.
- Deep understanding of network and security technologies, including PKIs, CAs, digital signatures, and security in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of zero trust architecture principles.
- Expertise in developing and documenting security reference architectures and operational frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
