What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRAVEL CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT position at Trilogy Health Services - Travel?
JOIN TEAM TRILOGY :
What You will be Doing :
- Safely preparing, administering, and documenting all medications used in the health campus.
- Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Verifying that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.
- Following health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications.
- Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.
- Assist residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing / undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
- Work with a high quality, collaborative team.
