About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and accounted for. You will work closely with our warehouse team to monitor inventory levels and identify any discrepancies or issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field
- Experience with inventory management software
- Forklift certification
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are properly stocked and accounted for
- Monitor inventory levels and identify any discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that all products are properly stored and organized
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues
- Assist with the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures
Skills:
As an Inventory Specialist, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are properly stocked and accounted for. You will work closely with our warehouse team to monitor inventory levels and identify any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and assist with the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures. Your ability to work independently and in a team environment, as well as your experience with inventory management software and forklift certification, will be essential to your success in this role.
