What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Office Manager position at Trinity Eye Associates?
At Trinity Eye Associates we’re not just about checking vision; we’re about seeing the big picture! We’re on a quest for an exceptional Office Manager who can multitask like a pro, juggle patient needs, and keep our office running as smoothly as a well-fitted pair of glasses.
Job Description :
Are you someone who knows how to handle paperwork better than you can handle a tricky pair of bifocals? We're looking for a Chief Visionary (a.k.a. Office Manager) to ensure our office sees success every day. You’ll be the keeper of our clinic’s workflow, the wrangler of our wonderful staff, and the champion of patient satisfaction—even if it means explaining how the waiting room coffee machine works!
Key Responsibilities :
- Tame the daily chaos of office operations like a pro, so our doctors can focus on what they do best—helping patients see the light (and the fine print).
- Lead and delight our amazing team of eye care superheroes.
- Handle scheduling and billing with the precision of a laser treatment.
- Keep our inventory stocked because nobody likes a patient with dry eyes… or a dry supply room.
- Resolve patient inquiries with a smile (and maybe a dad joke or two).
- Ensure compliance with all regulations—because no one likes close-ups of problems!
