Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting business operations through collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, creating tools, dashboards, displays, and other reports for managerial review. This role works closely with TRISO-X managers to implement business strategies based on data analyses.

Job Profile Tasks / Responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
• Elicit and refine business requirements via interviews with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and via review of existing process documentation and other artifacts.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations. Develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely project completion.
• Work closely with various departments, including operations, regulatory, engineering, and quality assurance, to gather information, understand needs, and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
• Lead the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task / Responsibilities section of this document, without close supervision and some latitude for independent judgment.
• Provide feedback and guidance to more junior team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities listed in the Job Profile Task / Responsibilities section of this document.
• Shares knowledge related to industry best practices and standards with others across the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education / training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education / training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions.
