What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional position at TriSource?
TriSource is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals in the Lewistown area.
Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hour
12 HOUR SHIFTS AVAILABLE, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am, Or Part Time, 4 Hour Shifts!
*Must have previous experience and feel comfortable working with individuals who have behaviors. *
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s license for at least 6 months
- Have one step TB test and Physical exam within the past 12 months
- Criminal background check
- CPR and First Aid
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning.
- Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities.
- Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system.
- Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Many different shifts are available facility operates 24/7.
