Essential Function
Maintains and improves campus landscapes and performs some
maintenance duties during winter months.
Qualifications
Education: Basic literacy skills, including reading and writing
Experience: Previous experience in ground maintenance preferred

Responsibilities
1. Waters, fertilizes, trims, weeds and generally cares for plants, trees, shrubs and lawns.
2. Landscapes planted areas.
3. Removes leaves and other debris from planted and general campus areas.
4. Shovels, plows, and blows snow and salts sidewalks and drives as required.
5. Moves furniture and equipment as assigned.
6. Arranges for and carries out repairs to sidewalks, roads and parking lots.
7. Assist to maintenance crew during winter months.
8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
