Job Description:
We are searching for a Branch Manager - Retail Design Center to be part of our Triton team!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure operations team helps the sales team meet goals and provide and unparalleled customer service experience
- Maintain accurate inventory – receive and ship inventory; maintain proper documentation; enforce process discipline that supports accurate inventory
- Invoice products – ensure accuracy including slab sizes, quantities, etc.; convert signed packing lists and pick tickets to invoices
- Manage system maintenance – handle holds, sales orders, pick tickets and open incoming and outgoing transfers
- Manage safety for the branch – implement, maintain and enforce Triton Safety Policy
- Fleet Management – ensure branch is compliant with DOT regulations, licensing and registration for all vehicles
- Process daily deposits and apply payments accurately
- Handle returns and damage claims
- Coordinate delivery schedules, loading and times
- Facilities maintenance – local vendor managements; landscaping; cleaning/janitorial
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience
- Prior industry experience preferred; however high-end retail, design, fashion experience would be considered
- Experience managing staff of 6-8 sales associates
- Must be self-starter who can take initiative and maintain professionalism and flexibility in a high paced work environment
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High School or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
