Position Overview:
As an ABA Behavior Technician at Triumph ABA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, individualized therapy to clients based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Your work will directly contribute to the development and progress of our clients, helping them acquire essential skills and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Client Interaction: Implement ABA therapy programs under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress. Assist in analyzing data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
- Behavior Management: Use evidence-based techniques to address and modify challenging behaviors. Promote positive behavior by reinforcing desired skills and behaviors.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field.
