What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts and Service position at Tropical Scooters?
We are looking for someone who can identify and recognize parts on Scooters & Motorcycles. Someone who can find the needed part(s) through our distributors, place orders for parts and place special orders per customer request. We are looking for someone who is computer savvy and good with technology. Tropical Scooters needs someone who can navigate through our app to get service tickets created for our technician, as well as someone who can add/edit to the service ticket, receive payment from the customer, and finish out the ticket in the system. Our ideal employee is enthusiastic to work, good with customers, good with our distributors, and a team player.
Being able to ride a scooter and provide our technician assistance in oil changes or small tasks is a plus, but not necessary.
Valid Drivers License is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43 per week
