What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Trova?
Location: Bensenville, IL
Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday
Pay rate: $19 - 20/hr
Duties:
- High level of customer interaction by phone, email and in person
- Data entry, generate BOL, tracking numbers, run reports
- Solve complex customer situations, and special or last-minute requests
- Tracks and traces orders
- Collaborate with transportation department regarding routing for customers
Requirements:
- One to two years’ experience working in a customer service position and office environment required
- Previous experience in warehouse/distribution or 3PL highly preferred
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure, deal with difficult issues, and sense of urgency
- Self- motivated with high degree of integrity
- Strong team player – your drive and leadership will enable success for the team
