Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Training in an approved school of phlebotomy or program desired.
Experience: Desirable characteristics include at least two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environment.
Licenses/Certificates: The state of Alabama does not currently require a license, but certification by the National Phlebotomy Association is desirable.
