TruckIT is searching for a high energy, tech-savvy problem solver to add to our team.
Customer Success Specialist
This opportunity is ideal for those who are problem solvers, champions of customer success that are driven to be integral in a best-in-class organization. As a Customer Success Specialist you will partner directly with our customers to drive technology adoption and use through onboarding, training, and support to ensure end-users are maximizing the value of our product.
You will garner the knowledge and skills necessary to advance sales and engage customers. Additionally, you will learn company best practices including an understanding of our proprietary technology.
FOCUS
This is a unique operations and customer success hybrid role in an innovative technology start-up with responsibility for leading the charge in driving customer success by solving issues, answering questions, collaborating, and understanding the concerns and feedback of TruckIT’s customers.
This role is in a high visibility in a “Tech Start-Up” environment, that allows for you to continually grow with the company. TruckIT is expanding operations, and as such, this role will be positioned for upward mobility.
You will be trained in a collaborative effort, learning from each department how our technology impacts our customer’s experience and drives value. The goal is to have a hands-on learning experience, so you will be prepared to tackle anything that might come your way. This role also grants a unique opportunity to get involved in the “tech” sphere without any coding ability.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
- Quickly responds to email, telephone, text, and online queries
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products/ solutions remotely and onsite
- Ability to execute TruckIT’s onboarding methodology and SOP’s
- Support new and existing customers with new technology adoption by being able to maximize TruckIT’s web and mobile application
- Wherewithal to troubleshoot customer technical issues and communicate solutions
- Escalates any system wide issues in a timely feedback to the appropriate team member
- Special consideration will be given to candidates fluent in Spanish (in addition to English)
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passionate about Customer Success
- Effective self-management and project management abilities
- Exhibit excellent time management skills
- Proactive, self-starter with a drive to grow professionally
- Ability to quickly comprehend and apply training
- 1 years of customer service experience supporting web or mobile application issues
- Knowledge of IOS/Android app troubleshooting a plus
