Job Description:
As a Spa Attendant / Float Consultant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest while also promoting the benefits of floating and membership. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Educating clients on flotation therapy and encouraging membership sign-ups
- Cleaning and preparing float rooms between sessions to maintain a pristine spa environment
- Handling front desk operations, including booking appointments and answering inquiries
- Assisting with retail product sales
- Promoting float therapy through personal experience—candidates who float regularly and love the product are strongly preferred
- Occasionally working 12-hour double shifts when needed for optimal spa coverage
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and relaxation therapies
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sales-minded with a desire to grow within the company (prior sales experience is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional 12-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
- Prior experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or retail is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $15/hour with opportunities for performance-based pay increases
- Promotion potential to Spa Manager with significant pay growth based on sales and revenue contributions
