What You'll Do as the Architectural Project Manager :
- Oversee multiple small to medium-sized projects through all phases of design and construction
- Develop strategic plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with program, schedule, budget, and scope
- Lead team communications and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates
- Manage project team assignments and monitor work quality
