What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Clerk 3rd Shift position at TrueSense Marketing?
The Bloomsburg location of TrueSense Marketing is currently seeking a Quality Control Clerk on 3rd Shift. The primary responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of quality and adherence to client specifications are maintained as they are assigned with both the client and USPS standards. This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking the quality of a client’s materials produced by productions employees.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of work in assigned area to ensure that the client’s instructions are followed and materials are prepared to USPS regulations
- Provide material samples in the correct order at mail processing stations
- Conducts inspections on all new set ups, ensuring all materials are correctly positioned. Sign off on the transmittal indicating order is correct.
- Keeping track of stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Ensuring that all warehouse equipment is in good working condition and reporting any issues.
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintaining accurate records of material movements and inventory levels.
- Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Assessing and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure timely and efficient material handling. This includes coordinating with supervisors and production teams to address immediate needs and adjusting priorities as necessary to maintain workflow.

Hours and Pay
- 3rd Shift 10:30 pm – 6:30 am (Pay $20/hour)
- This is an onsite position at TrueSense Marketing, 21 Naus Way, Bloomsburg, PA
