What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Team Member position at Truett’s Chick-fil-A?

Role Summary : A food-production team member committed to serving guests

Duties & Responsibilities :

Prepares and cooks all products according to established procedures
Demonstrates knowledge of recipes and other cooking requirements
Maintains adequate stock of supplies
Washes dishes
Cleans and sanitizes various areas of the restaurant, including equipment and counters, floors, trash bins, and parking lot
Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management

Qualifications & Skills

No Experience Necessary

Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed

Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with a willingness to serve

Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done

Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen

Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time

Demonstrates unquestionable integrity
