Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to best practices in cleaning services.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. - Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost optimization strategies. - Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders to drive satisfaction and engagement. - Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:- Bi- Lingual Preference - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.

- Experience: Several years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry, with a proven track record of leadership.

- Certifications: - Certified Facility Manager (CFM) - Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) - Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)

- Skills: - Strong operational expertise and understanding of industry best practices. - Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and optimize costs. - Excellent project management skills with a focus on execution and results. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
