Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

We are looking for a Medical Lab Technician for a healthcare company. This is a full-time position located in Cleveland, TN.

Required Skills:

• 2 years of experience as a medial lab technician in a hospital setting
• MLT or MLS certification from the ASCP, ABB or ABOR

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests according to standard procedures.
• Choose the right tools and supplies for different patient age groups (newborns, kids, adults, and elderly).
• Follow Georgia State laws for lab licensure and regulations.
• Assist with office tasks like faxing, answering phones, managing the tube system, and ordering lab tests when needed.
• Ensure proper specimen collection, correct test results, and complete any pending tasks, including drawing blood, picking up samples, labeling, and handling Blood Bank armbands when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
