PART TIME RECEPTIONIST - 1 DAY PER WEEK

Trustar Bank is currently seeking a part time Receptionist for our Tysons Office. The Receptionist is responsible for providing high quality customer service to all clients, visitors and employees and overall responsibility for the office. The Receptionist will follow all established policies and procedures of the bank. This position will be 1 day per week and other scheduled dates as needed.
Detailed Job Duties
- While representing the Bank to clients, visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner, provide prompt, efficient and accurate service including greeting all visitors to ensure they feel welcome.
- Answer the phone in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Support the Human Resources department in special projects and duties.
- Maintain copy machines and order paper.
- Inventory and order office and kitchen supplies.
- Keep office organized, especially conference rooms, board room and kitchen.
- Maintain company phone list.
- Collect and distribute mail; complete FedEx packages for employees.
- Set up and clean up of any meetings, assist in preparation for monthly board meeting.
- Contact for parking and validation tickets.
- Contact for building concierge.
- Maintain committee meeting calendar.
- Candidate will assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
1 year office or reception experience including customer service and answering multiple phone lines.
Banking experience a plus.
Must have a professional image.
Ability to remain calm and complete more than one task at a time in a fast-paced environment. May stand occasionally.
Skills/Knowledge:
A high level of interpersonal and verbal skills to represent the Bank in a positive manner in dealing with clients and visitors. Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to function as an effective team member. Ability to communicate clearly over the telephone and in person.
Working Conditions:
Continuous daily contact with customers and the public performing recurring tasks. Close daily contact with peers, manager and other bank employees.
