Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Duties:
- Provide in-home care services, including light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens as needed, and meal prep.
- Transport and accompany clients to doctors' appointments.
- Assist with client's personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming and dressing.
- Provide companionship.
- Help with medication reminders.
Experience and Required Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide
- Previous employment in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable Transportation
- Required Working Cell Phone for clocking in and out
- Pre-employment SLED Background Check
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Open Communication with your supervisor at all times
