We are seeking out a receptionist for immediate hire. Our dealership is routinely one of the top-performing Subaru dealerships in the nation! Working as our Receptionist, your main responsibility would be customer service to both our in-store customers and over the phone. The ideal candidate would have a great work ethic with amazing phone etiquette.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities
- Answering and directing inbound calls.
- Assisting in-store customers with service, sales, or parts depending on their needs.
- Answering backup calls for the Service Department.
- Assisting as needed in other various departments.

Receptionist Qualifications
- Previous Reception or Call-Center experience preferred.
- Previous Automotive experience preferred.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
