This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3 days / per week.

About You :
- You bring valuable experience in Manufacturing or Industrial operations, or possess a strong interest in this field. Experience in Life Sciences operations, such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, or medical device production, is highly desirable. Your passion lies in Digital Transformation within Manufacturing, and you are committed to delivering tangible value for customers.
- Motivated by a relentless pursuit of improvement, you constantly seek opportunities to enhance systems at scale, implement industry best practices, and elevate the methodology and execution quality within the Digital Transformation Engineering Team.
