The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing financial management, invoicing, budgeting, and accounting processes for civil construction projects. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, cost tracking, and compliance with contractual obligations while working closely with project managers and clients to maintain financial health and project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Oversight & Reporting :
Manage and oversee project financials, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
Prepare and process client invoices in alignment with contract terms and payment schedules.
Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and contractual terms.
Review contract terms to ensure proper financial execution, risk mitigation, and adherence to payment schedules.
