Ciqima Federal Services, LLC is hiring a Logistics Program Manager for the office in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Logistics Program Manager is responsible for the successful completion of all requirements and tasks under a US Government contract to include vendor management, staff supervision, and financial management activities. Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets. Serves as the single point of contact for Government Program Manager / Contractive Officer Representative. Ensures all vendors fulfill their contractual responsibilities.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provides program management for supply chain management contracts
- Interface with Government customer
- Responsible for performing tasks and duties related to logistics and supply chain management operations
- Monitors and services Quote Files
- Processes Requests for Quote
- Receives and populates vendor bids ensuring source documentation is available and auditable for all Quote File activity
- Monitors and updates Customer Sales Orders
- Monitors and updates Customer Quotes on a daily basis
- Monitors and updates purchase orders
- Sources multiple vendors for items requested from Government
- Monitors and updates financial information in spreadsheets
- Supports all company safety and security policies and procedures
