What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surveillance Shift Manager - 3rd Shift position at Turfway Park?
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently reviews all cameras as well as recording decks to analyze video and determine the validity of reports and/or investigative reviews.
- Submits written reports specifying investigative results as well as reports indicating occurrences where company procedures are broken or altered.
- Maintains a daily log describing incidences/occurrences to keep other management personnel updated and advised of company and departmental incidences/occurrences.
- Maintains storage of media reviewed for investigative results and photographical purposes.
- Acts as a liaison person with internal departments as well as external state agencies such as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) and local law enforcement.
- Effectively supervises surveillance operators.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education / Training / Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of surveillance experience
Qualifications

- Must have the ability to obtain a valid racing license.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
