The Living Room QMHP functions as both a Shift Lead and provides QMHP coverage as needed. The QMHP assists the Program Director and the coordinators with the day-to-day operation of TLR by serving as a shift lead. The QMHP will participate in weekly team meetings and when serving as a shift lead, ensure all RSS staff complete their required paperwork. The QMHP will be available to provide backup for consultation purposes to all members of the TLR while they are working. All Living Room QMHP work is onsite.
This position requires some flexibility with one’s work schedule and must be available to work during Living Room hours, including coverage of a shift on either Saturdays or Sundays. Late night and/or overnight shifts may be required, and a shift differential will apply.
The Living Room QMHP has a minimum education requirement of a master’s degree and is expected to pursue licensure in an appropriate timeframe.
