Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God’s Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point’s various media channels.
To accomplish this mission, more than two hundred staff across various disciplines are committed to sharing the Gospel and Bible Strong teaching through Turning Point. Position Summary:
As the Turning Point for God Receptionist, you will receive and deliver all incoming calls in a personable and professional manner. First impressions make a difference! You may be the first and only Turning Point employee with whom most visitors and guests interact. Your friendly and relational personality will positively impact all whom you encounter on behalf of Turning Point for God.

- With a smile and a joyful voice, you will warmly welcome our visitors and guests, ensuring you gather the information needed to contact the receiving employee.
- According to our written protocol, you will screen visitors and guests who do not have prior appointments.
- You promptly respond to and assess all incoming calls and emails with friendliness, accuracy, and excellence.
- If you experience downtime, you may be asked to do special assignments, including data entry, email processing, and other projects assigned by Customer Service leadership.
- You are mindful that your dress attire and conversations are professional, above reproach, and Christ-like.
- As a valuable partner to the safety team (you are the eyes and ears for the lobby and reception area), your keen discernment, awareness, tactfulness, and critical thinking skills are highly desirable.
- Relationships energize you, and you possess an uncanny ability to recall names and voices in person and over the phone.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You can accurately type at least 50 words per minute.
- You possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- As a people person, you are energized by being part of a team and can work independently with the same enthusiasm.
- You have at least 2 years of related professional office experience.
- Hours will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An associate’s or bachelor's degree, preferably if your concentration is English or Literature.
