What are the responsibilities and job description for the Local Warehouse Order Selector position at TW Service Inc.?
TW Services, is a 3rd party warehouse service provider for The Home Depot Distribution Center. We are currrently seeking for Order Selectors/ Pickers to join our team using double EPJ and RF Scanner. Position is hourly incentives based. We are not a temporary agency. Employment would be full-time and permanent.
We have a fast-onboarding process that can get you to work after your interview
1st Shift
- Monday - Thursday
- Start: 5:00AM - 3:30PM (10 hour shift)
2nd Shift
- Monday - Thursday
- Start: 4:00PM- 2:30 AM (10 hour shift)
3rd Shift
- Friday - Sunday
- Start: 5:00AM - 5:30PM (12 hour shift)
Compensation/Benefits:
- Weekly pay cycle - Every Friday
- $18.00 - $26.00/hr base incentive pay

Daily Responsibilities:
- Locate product using warehouse technology
- Pull warehouse items from shelves
- Retrieve orders according to quantity and size
- Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks
- Wrap pallets before loading
- Will need to pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour
Requirements:
- RF Scanner and electric pallet jack experience required
- Bulk selection warehouse experience
- Double Electric Pallet Jack expierence required
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes repetitively ranging from 30 - 100 lbs
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time 8 - 12 hours
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
