The Clinic Manager has oversight of the integrated medical, patient care, and administrative operations of the clinic. Responsible for: development of clinical and patient care policies, protocols, and procedures; establish and manage business/administrative systems; and participate in strategic decision making for the organization.
This is a full-time position working daytime hours M-F, splitting time between our Burnsville and Eagan clinics.
Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee, monitor and manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring excellent patient service and delivery of care
- Effectively recruit, train, manage, and retain direct reports and ensure the same for indirect reports
- Partner with Senior Leader in driving successful financial performance of the clinic. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Develop and maintain budget
- Track performance and variance to budget
- Oversee purchasing and expense management
- Collaborate with Business Office to ensure successful billing & collection efforts
- Maintain an adequate system of internal controls over financial transactions including dual control of cash handling
- Conduct frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with staff through meetings and one-on-one sessions; actively participate in meetings and other communications processes; share information timely, accurately and completely with others as needed.
- Evaluate and develop data driven action plans for efficient, ethical, and productive business practices that lead to patient, employee and physician satisfaction
- Work with credentialing office to ensure required licensures and credentials are validated
- Appropriately communicate and escalate employee relations issues with Senior Leader and HR (including, but not limited to performance concerns, conduct, attendance and policy violations)
- Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff across the organization
- Maintain a safe environment for staff and patients
- Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years management experience. Healthcare setting preferred.

- Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
- Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
- Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Understand and execute a variety of instructions
- Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Travel to other work locations, if required
