Summary: We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about emerging trends in apparel, especially in the collegiate sector. Your main responsibility will be creating mockups for colleges, submitting logo designs for approval, and updating files as needed. If you have a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and enjoy working on design projects that require precision and collaboration, we’d love to have you on board.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Mockup Creation & File Updates:
· Design and create mockups for college logos and other visual materials for approval.
· Ensure that designs are aligned with the school’s branding guidelines and meet their approval standards.
· Submit new artwork to customers and licensing to receive approval.
· Upload approved art mockup sheet and jpeg into appropriate collegiate folders.
· Review art sheet updates and mark any old designs ‘Invalid’ if logos have changed.
· Submit artwork for every licensed school at least once per year.
· Update and revise files as needed based on feedback from colleges, making sure to meet deadlines and specifications.
· Create flyers for collegiate customer specials.
Collaboration & Feedback:
· Work with the Product Development team to create innovative designs.
· Support Product Development team on E-Comm line.
· Eagerness and willingness to learn.
Brand & Graphic Design:
· Able to create catalog and other promotional materials.
· Vector recreation.
· Create branded e-mail blasts using MailChimp.
· Create various other branded materials as needed, ensuring that designs maintain consistency across all assets.

· 2 years (preferred) of professional graphic design experience, with an emphasis on creating mockups and collaborating with clients or educational institutions.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
· Mindfulness with the ability to work efficiently on revisions and updates.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively.
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
· Ability to work independently while maintaining flexibility for team collaboration.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit approximately 80% of the time, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mainly located in an office environment but will regularly be exposed to work near and on the production floor. The employee may occasionally be required to work in our manufacturing environment.
The noise level in the work environment may occasionally be loud.
