Summary: The Merchandising Associate will support TCK’s NCAA products through exceptional customer service. You will interact with our product manufacturers and distributors to support item creation from idea to delivery. You’ll have the chance to collaborate across teams and help maintain our commitment to innovation and quality. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing collegiate licensing for renewals, rights, and applications.
· Maintain product listings and pricing database.
· Complete monthly and/or quarterly sales and royalty reports in conjunction with our accounting team.
· New product sampling, development, and approval.
· Create specs and SIPs for all new collegiate items.
· Keep certifications up to date and assist HR/manufacturing with factory audits.
· Assist with and potential to manage and maintain e-commerce listings.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit at least 75% of the time, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, and bend. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move sample bags up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mainly located in an office environment but will regularly be exposed to work near a warehouse. The employee may occasionally be required to work in our manufacturing environment.
The noise level in the work environment may occasionally be loud.
