What are the responsibilities and job description for the Federal Contract Security Officer position at Twin City Security?
Twin City Security, through our Stewartville office, provides security service through a federal contract with the Federal Medical Center in Rochester. Our security officers are provide security for low level federal inmates while those they receive medical care at Mayo hospitals in Rochester. We are looking for qualified applicants to add to our current team. Candidate's will obtain a federal security clearance which can take a month or two. Work is normally eight hours shifts and is part-time making this the perfect position for retired persons. Normally officers work in teams of two. This is a perfect job for retired men and women who want to retain flexibility and yet stay in the work force on a part time basis. Husband/Wife teams have found this to be the perfect retirement job. Most of our officers are retired and enjoy the flexibilty that comes with this position. The qualifications for this position are: Some form of public safety/security, law enforcement, corrections, Fire Control/EMS OR possess U.S. Military experience OR possess a college degree.
