Roles and Responsibilities:
- Scientific support for marketed products and development projects within diabetes and other chronic disease wherever applicable.
- Productive relationships with key stakeholders and relevant institutions/organizations to achieve competitive advantage and market leadership within diabetes and other chronic disease wherever applicable.
- Training and educational activities for doctors and other HCPs working with diabetes and other chronic disease wherever applicable.
- Planning of Regional Medical Education activities i.e. regional conferences.
- Liase discussion with the investigator.
- Manage Regional Publications, Conferences, and publication plan.
- Execution of regional medical activities.
- Pre-Conference Preparation (Including Liaoning with Speaker).
- Plan and align HCP and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement.
- Medico-marketing support for product campaign development & implementation.
- Supporting and training for sales teams.
- Medical support to regional/HO brand team.
- Leverage local clinical trials – harvest potential synergies to support key business objectives.
- Supporting advisory board meetings.
- Gather and report competitive data.
- Align on regional objectives, strategy, and tactics.
- Share information individually or collectively during regional meetings.
- Participate and facilitate medical sessions in various internal meetings apart from monthly and quarterly trainings.
- Face to face interactions with payers.

- Doctor Growth Channel (Senior Medical Manager, Director Doctor Growth Channel, Sr Director, Medical Advisor, Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Department and Scientific Project Manager).
- Marketing (Sr. Product manager, Product managers and Coordinators).
- Training Team.
- Sales (Sales Directors, Key Account Managers, and Product Specialists).
External:
- Local Health Care Professionals and Influencers.
- Challenges regarding innovation and change.
- Low to medium level of innovation needs to be exhibited with reference to allotted product/portfolio subject to overall marketing strategy.
