We are looking for a Shipping/Receiving Associate FULL TIME 40 hours; 7:00AM-3:30PM Shift M-F. The pay range we are offering is $21-23 per hour based on your experience, and knowledge.

Professional Requirements:

· High school diploma or equal (GED)

· Some working experience in a warehouse or a similar position is a plus

· Time management skills and the ability to delegate

· Organizational skills including attention to detail

· Strong positive communication (verbal/written) and team-building skills

· Ability to foster and engage in a collaborative work environment

· Self-starter with the ability to effectively multi-task

· Ability to follow up and ensure execution of company direction

· Strong work ethic and “Can Do” attitude

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening

Roles and Responsibilities

· Receiving incoming materials and verifying they are undamaged and of sound quality

· Follow shipping & receiving work instructions to prepare required documentation

· Weighing and counting items as required.

· Preparing parts or assemblies for shipping or delivery by packaging and labeling accordingly

· Retrieving specified parts from inventory for either delivery to production or shipping.

· Moving all outgoing material to the shipping area

· Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing material.

· Utilizing lift equipment to load and unload material as well as move, lift or stack material as needed.

· Organizing warehouse material per company guideline.

· Performing all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, which includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed

· Build special crating for specific customer requirements

· Upon request, make a delivery using the Twinco box truck

· Always employ safe working practices per Twinco requirements.
